Project Screen:
Add any number of projects to Project Time. The Project screen is where the hourly rate is setup. The hourly rate is the amount that is charged to the Client for the project. The hourly rate is calculated by the amount of time spent on each Task on the Project. The total to bill the Client for the Project is shown on the Main summary screen.
Client Screen: One client is connected to a Project. Task Summary: The Task summary screen shows the name of each task on the Project. This screen gives the user the ability to Add, Edit or Delete a Task. Task Entry: The Task entry screen allows you to enter the details for each task on the Project. The Task screen allows the user to enter both Billable and Nonbillable. If a task is Billable the Total amount to charge the client for the task is set. The Total is calculated from the Hourly Rate field on the Project main screen and the Duration time. The Duration dropdown allows the user choose Hour(s), Day(s), Week(s). 
Note Screen: Add any number of Notes to Project Time. The Note screen allows you to enter any extra information that you may need for each Project.
